Billie’s 2nd tattoo was first shown to the public at the Met Gala 2021. It was a dragon tattoo on her thigh which is only visible when she’s wearing a thigh-high slit dress or gown.

Billie did not release any official statement regarding the meaning of her dragon tattoo, though the Chinese dragon tattoo is considered to portray different meanings like wisdom, passion, and power. She also named her matte-black Dodge Challenger “Dragon” and she mentioned that this was her dream car.

Billie’s third tattoo was inspired by a book she had growing up which was called “Fairyopolis”.  The design of her third tattoo shows three little fairies huddled close together. The said tattoo was first seen on her left hand during the World Premiere of the movie called ” No Time to Die” held in London in which Eilish performed and co-wrote the theme song.  During an interview with Vanity Fair, she described her third tattoo which she quoted as her “little guardian fairies”.
